Digital Project Manager for ABN AMRO

As Digital Project Manger, I have been responsible for the planning and production of a variety of projects on Digital & Social Media.

Social Media campaign on Sustainability

Infographic presenting the results after 6 months after the kick-off of the integral social campaign about sustainability. All existing platforms at that moment have been used.

Social media strategist, community manager and content manager for the ABN AMRO's Facebook community around sustainability. The main objectives were to inform and engage employees, clients and prospects with the sustainable character and initiatives of the bank and create brand ambassadors inside and outside the company.

For this campaign, I have:

  • Planed the integrated strategy along all departments in the bank in the intersection of social and sustainability. 
  • Produced branded videos
  • Managed the social media calendar
  • Managed the communication with the community members. 

The results after 6 months community management are pictured in the Infographic on the right. Number analysis, structure and production of the Infographic was also in my responsibilities and tasks.

 

Publication of the Sustainability Year Review through Twitter

As Digital Project Manager, I have been responsible for an experimental project for publishing the Sustainability Year Review of the bank through Twitter. To succeed in this, we have teamed up with ambassadors on the field of enterpreneural, ecological and social sustainability to help us spread facts that show the progress, the company has made on this field in 2013. 

My responsibilities included: 

  • Research, selection and contact with the most influential ambassadors in sustainability field that could help us spread the news
  • Development of the toolkit with which the ambassadors could communicate with the public
  • Production of the assets needed for interaction in the Twitter community ( stills, text, hashtags, links) 
  • Community management and immediate response in any queries the public had

 

Corporate website redesign

As digital project manager, I have been responsible for the redesign of the ABN AMRO webpage about mortgages. The redesign was focused on providing the client with the right content and information that will enrich his knowledge about the topic in general and help him on his everyday life. Instead of a "sales-talk", a webpage is created that adds value and creates an experience for the visitor.
